Welcome to Caption, a social media agency. The owner of Caption is MB Title (hereinafter called as “Company”), located in Slucko str. 2, Vilnius, Lithuania, that is data processor and controller.

We established this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) on how we deal with the information collected on the Caption website, as well as why we need to collect some of your personal data; therefore, you have to read this Privacy Policy.

Please note that by using the Caption website, you accept and agree to be bound by the rules of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy rules, you cannot continue to use the Caption website.


1.1.    The Company complies with its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) by keeping personal data up to date; by storing and destroying it securely; by not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data; by protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access and disclosure and by ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect personal data.

1.2.    At the same time, you provide your personal information, you are giving us your permission to process your personal data in order to perform Caption services.

1.3.    We may process data about your use of Caption that may include your user ID, county, city, IP address, operating system, length of visit [ DS1], pages visited. The source of this data is our analytics tracking system, and we use it for analytical purposes.

1.4.    You may submit your name and email for marketing purposes of Caption. We use the services of Mailchimp, owned by The Rocket Science Group, LLC, to send you newsletters. You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” button in every email you receive.

1.5.    You may allow us to send you push notifications. We use services of Onesignal to send our push notifications. You may unsubscribe from notifications at any time.

1.6.    You may also contact us by entering your name, email, phone number and your message.


2.1.    Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.

2.2.    For analytical purposes, your submitted data will be stored for 3 years from the moment you provided the required information to us or the last time you used our services.

2.3.    For the purpose of marketing your submitted data will be stored for 5 years from the moment you provided the required information to us or the last time you used our services or the moment you refused your data to be processed for the marketing purposes.

2.4.    We put reasonable effort into ensuring the safety of your personal information.

2.5.    After the relevant retention period we are required to destroy your personal information provided by you.


3.1.    Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR or relevant laws, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

3.1.1.  The right to request a copy of your personal data which the Company holds about you. Providing the rights and freedoms of others are not affected, we will supply you with a copy of your personal data. The first copy will be provided free of charge, but additional copies may be subject to a reasonable fee;

3.1.2.  The right to request that the Company corrects any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;

3.1.3.  The right to request your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary for the Company to retain such data;

3.1.4.  The right to withdraw your consent to processing at any time;

3.1.5.  The right to request the Company to provide you with your personal data and, where possible, to transmit that data directly to another data controller;

3.1.6.  The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to the request a restriction is placed on further processing;

3.1.7.  The right to object to the processing of personal data;

3.1.8.  The right to lodge a complaint to the relevant data protection authority.

3.2.    You may instruct us at any time not to process your personal information for marketing purposes.

3.3.    We may withhold personal information that you request to the extent permitted by law.

3.4.    We will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of the use of your personal information for marketing purposes.

3.5.    Inappropriate actions will be carried out later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of your referral. Information submission may be conducted free of charge no more than once per calendar year.

4.1.    We strive to ensure the confidentiality of the information you provide to us, therefore at the normal circumstances of the use of our services, we have no right to disclose your personal data to any other data recipients, if it does not require the proper implementation of the performance of Hobby.

4.2.    If we are required by any law, we have the right to disclose information about you to the competent authorities. We may disclose your personal data to professional advisers as reasonably necessary for the purposes of obtaining professional advice, exercise or defense of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure.


5.1.    We reserve the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time without a prior notice. Any new amendments shall enter into force from the moment they are published on our website.

5.2.    If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Privacy Policy, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing.


6.1.    Any dispute related to the Company, its services and operation of our website shall be settled by negotiation between you and the Company, addressing the Company via e -mail

6.2.    Considering that the data processing is carried out in Lithuania, The State Data Protection Directorate of the Republic of Lithuania shall be deemed to be a supervisory authority and you may contact it in case dispute between you and the Company is not settled by negotiation.
